Reusable, concrete form liner made to fit perfectly inside of Z Counterforms. Gives a realistic, slate edge to your counter. Made from the same high quality, long lasting polyurethane rubber as our Concrete Stamps and Poolform Liners .
Available for Square Edge Form (2-1/4" tall) and the EuroForm (1-1/4" tall). These liners are roughly 7.5' long and will vary slightly because of the tapered ends.
Our double sided Polyester Mounting Tape can be used to attach the form liners to the form. To ensure adhesion between tape and form liner, clean the backs of the form liner with denatured alcohol prior to use. For corners, ther form liner can be wrapped around a corner to create a radius corner or they can be square cut and terminated at the corner to give a sharp square corner. These thin liners have tapered ends so seams can be overlapped. A small amount of plumber's putty can be used at seams to minimize any seam lines.
Use our Slate Texture Mats (STM002) to create a matching slate countertop surface.
Shipping Information
- Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
- Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will same day if placed before 1pm Eastern. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday
- Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.

"Make sure you have good double sided tape! Cheap tape will not stick to the form liner. It will stick to the plastic forms, but not the actual liner. Other than that it looks pretty good."

- Is there only 1 insert in a package? So I will need to buy 1 for every 7ft. of counter top, correct?
- Correct, these are sold by the individual piece. They are about 7.5 ft. long but they very slightly since the ends are tapered.
- What is the length of the Slate Form Liner (Thin Insert)
- It is just about 8ft. The reason I say "just about" is because these are made with tapered ends so they can very a few inches in either direction.
