Description
Plastiforms are long lasting, reusable concrete form boards which are great for straight runs or a radius of any size. Each board is 3.5" tall to match typical 2x4 lumber and comes in 8' lengths. Sold by the individual piece. Great for use with the Z Poolform System .
Cam Locks and Connector Rods sold separate.
- Reusable - Wood can be used only 3-4 times before it becomes warped or twisted. Plastiform can be used hundreds of times for many years.
- Flexible - Plastiform is especially good for radius work. It can be free-formed to fit any curve up to a 3 foot bend radius. Forms can also be notched with a skill saw to accommodate tighter radii. (See photo below)
- Labor Savings -Quicker set up and take down. No nailing or unnailing. Often pulled the same day. Easy to clean. Light weight is easier on crews and vehicles (1/3 the weight of lumber, 1/10 weight of steel).
- Environmental - Made in the USA, these forms are made from high density polyethelene with silicon added for easy cleaning. Ultra violet inhibitors are added so the sun doesn’t break the material down. This allows for repeat use many, many years.
How to Use
To accommodate a tighter radius, slits can be cut through the back of the form board as seen in this picture. 
Shipping Information
- Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
- Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will same day if placed before 1pm Eastern. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday
- Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.

Customers in Canada may purchase a limited selection of our products directly on our website. When doing so, all shipping, taxes, duties and brokerage charges are billed at checkout. Canadian customers will not be billed extra at time of delivery. For more information and/or to find a Canadian distributor, please visit this page.
- For orders outside the Continental United States/Canada add items to cart and proceed to checkout, where shipping will be calculated automatically. UPS or DHL will collect the additional brokerage/duty/tax charges on delivery (typically around 20% of product value)

- Freight orders will normally ship in 2-3 business day.
- LTL Freight shipments to a residential addresses are curb side (end of driveway) deliveries. The Freight company will contact you via phone number provided to schedule delivery window.
- Freight transit map can be viewed below. These times are to your local terminal and are a rough estimate only. The time until delivery can vary depending on your vicinity to the freight terminal and the terminals current volume.
- We do not ship White Countertop Mix outside the Lower 48 States. Customers in Canada can order through their nearest distributor.

- Are they good for straight forming
- Hi Richard, yes these work well for straight runs too. As long as you have a stake every 2 ft. they will stay straight and not bend.
