Make your own concrete wall tile with the Z Tileform System. Pouring your own concrete tile will give you the creative freedom to make a truly custom tile backsplash while saving a fortune over conventional ceramic and stone tile. It is as easy as mixing our White Countertop Concrete and pouring it into the Z Tileform molds. Add pigment and experiment with different techniques to create something truly beautiful.

To apply to wall, use any tile mastic or thinset tile adhesive. Tile should be cut with a wet saw. The Z Tileform system is for wall tile only. Use for floor tile at your own risk.

Includes 6 Pencil Tileform trays (36 tiles - 36 linear ft. per pour) - Molds are reusable

Dimensions: 12" W x 3/4" H x 5/8" D (see diagram in photos above).

One 50lb bag of White Countertop Mix will make approximately 180 Pencil Tiles (180 linear ft.). We highly recommend the use of our White Countertop Mix because of it's high strength and flowable properties.

Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will same day if placed before 1pm Eastern. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday
Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.

Shipping outside Continental USA

Customers in Canada may purchase a limited selection of our products directly on our website. When doing so, all shipping, taxes, duties and brokerage charges are billed at checkout. Canadian customers will not be billed extra at time of delivery. For more information and/or to find a Canadian distributor, please visit this page.
For orders outside the Continental United States/Canada add items to cart and proceed to checkout, where shipping will be calculated automatically. UPS or DHL will collect the additional brokerage/duty/tax charges on delivery (typically around 20% of product value)

LTL Freight shipments to a residential addresses are curb side (end of driveway) deliveries. The Freight company will contact you via phone number provided to schedule delivery window.
Freight transit map can be viewed below. These times are to your local terminal and are a rough estimate only. The time until delivery can vary depending on your vicinity to the freight terminal and the terminals current volume.
We do not ship White Countertop Mix outside the Lower 48 States. Customers in Canada can order through their nearest distributor.

Eligible returns are as follows: Unopened products within 90 days of customer receiving order. Must be in original packaging and resellable condition when product arives to Returns Department. Resellable condition means the entire SKU must be returned. We cannot accept returns, for instance, on Edge Packages where singular edge pieces or backwall pieces are missing. Partially returned SKUs will not be credited. All items subject to inspection before credit is issued.
If items do not meet our return parameters, please feel free to post a resale listing on our forum or any other online marketplace!
Customer must contact us by phone or email within 90 days of receiving order to open an RMA . Please email info@concretecountertopsolutions.com your order # and products you wish to return to initiate a RMA and receive further instructions.
Customer is responsible for all standard shipping costs to return the products.
We refund your money in the same way you originally paid less 10% fee for restocking. Original shipping is non-refundable.
We process refunds within one week after receiving the returned products.
Returned items must be sent UPS or FedEx. Improperly packaged items that incur damage may not be refunded. Any product that shows signs of use may also be denied.

"Works great with Counterform concrete mix. I spray mold with mild soapy water and tiles come out with little effort. Cleaning the edges of mold after use is the most time consuming part of the process, but as long as you properly clean they are definitely reusable. I can do 3 sets (18 individual tiles) in a mix and produce consistent quality, if you are trying to do more than that in a single pour make sure you have a second set of hands. Great product, highly recommended"
