Reusable, 8 foot concrete form liner made to fit perfectly inside of Z Counterforms. Gives a realistic, chiseled slate edge to your counter. Made from the same high quality, long lasting polyurethane rubber as our Concrete Stamps and Poolform Liners .
Available for Square Edge Form (2-1/4" tall) and Commercial Form (3-1/2" tall)
Our double sided Polyester Mounting Tape can be used to attach the form liners to the form. To ensure adhesion between tape and form liner, clean the backs of the form liner with denatured alcohol prior to use. Corners can be mitered with a utility knife. Seams can be left alone or a small amount of plumber's putty can be used to blend the seams.
Shipping Information
- Most packages ship Standard Ground (UPS or FedEx) from one or more of our shipping locations. Some small products may ship USPS. Large orders may ship with a freight carrier. Please be aware that your order may be shipping from different locations at different times.
- Ground orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Processing time for weekend orders will begin on the following Monday. Expedited orders will same day if placed before 1pm Eastern. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays DO NOT count as shipping days (ie. a Next Day Air Order placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday
- Please THOROUGHLY inspect your packages as soon as they are delivered for damage or missing items. If any items in your shipment are damaged or missing please contact us at 570-587-3799 immediately to take care of replacements. Replacements will ship via Standard Ground.

- Is the chiseled edge form bendable if we’d want a curve?
- Yes, this product is made from a polyurethane rubber so it is very flexible. It does need to be put inside of a form which may or may not be bondable. We do sell a bendable square edge form that can hold this product though and you would be able to do curves with it.
- what length is the heavy chiseled liner?
- All of the form liners are 96".
- How thick is this liner? What will the resulting overhang be if this is used in the standard form?
- The thickness will vary quite a bit due to the texture of this liner but on average you can say it will be about 3/8" to 1/2" thick meaning your overhang will be somewhere around 1" instead of 1-1/2".
