"From start to finish you all have been there for me. Everything went as planned and the finish product is what we were looking for"

Countertop mesh

"Worked great easy install! If using duroc boards they don’t hold the screws well, ended up using liquid nails / silicone to hold the clips in place. If is did it again I would use Hardy backer board or something that would grab the screws better"

Matthew L. (5/5)

FG50 Fiber mesh

"It is great the only thing that could be improved with it is where the fibers coss if it was a little stronger, so not to fall apart when you cut it. But great otherwise."

Justin P. (4/5)

Quality Concrete Plus

"Absolutely loved the forms and reinforcement for the countertops. Great product and very user friendly."

Craig W. (5/5)

Fiber Mesh Reinforcement

"Product is easy to work with and mess free. Z clips snap right onto mesh and work well."

Jeffrey C. (5/5)

Great product!

"I used Concrete Countertop Solutions’ countertop molds, liquidcrete, and mesh system to fabricate custom floating concrete benches for my rooftop deck. The result was modern sleek concrete seating that is strong enough to support not only the weight of the concrete over a 7’ distance but also the weight of four adults. The product’s ease of use and broad application abilities will ensure I’m ordering more for other DIY projects I’m now considering concrete for."

Joshua W. (5/5)

Super easy

"And it won't bunch up or rust!"

Ellen B. (5/5)

Durable

"Vital to the success of a long lasting countertop. Must have easy to install"

Brendon W. (5/5)

Easy Peasy

"I never considered using fiberglass for crack prevention but this sure beat using steel mesh. On my first pour I tried to use the little suspension clips but had to reach in and pull up all of the mesh as my mix did not have the same flow as the one recommended by this company. However, I quickly learned that by doing a partial thickness pour and then laying down the pre-cut pieces and covering them with successive pours and layers of more fiberglass successively, I created an extremely solid counter for only one and a half inches thick."

Farhad G. (5/5)

Mesh

"Quality is good. but the mesh pattern was out of square had to cut ends at an angle to fit countertop"

Q&A

If I use this mesh in a pre-cast countertop which will have a 10.5 inch overhang, do i need to use other reinforcement or this mesh will be enough? I will be using special countertop mix
In most cases, you can go up to 12" without additional reinforcement. You will need temporary reinforcement under the cement board while you pour the concrete. We usually recommend some 2x4 legs for this. They should stay in place for 2-3 days after the pour.
How close should your mesh come to your forms?
The clips should sit right up against the nailer flange of the forms in most cases and then you can let the mesh stick out a little past that. Typically about 1-2" from the face of the form is good.
If using the white countertop mix and euro forms, are the z clips and mesh required.?
You would still want to use a reinforcement like the FG50 mesh. We do sell a Euro Z Clips that is the correct height for the Euro Forms.
How many square feet are in a roll
The roll is 2ft. wide x 50 ft. long so 100 sq. ft. per roll.
